At the beginning of 2018, Lodgis released its 2017 Barometer on Furnished Rentals in Paris and announced a slight increase of +0.6% in rent prices, whilst unfurnished rentals decreased slightly by -0.4%, according to the Observatoire Clameur.

So what are the key factors behind the success of furnished rentals? Is it the best solution for landlords wishing to make a profit from their property? How has the demand for this type of rental evolved and what are the interests of it in comparison with unfurnished rentals and holiday rentals?

We analysed the situation with Guillaume Sommerer, Marie Coeurderoy and Cédric Decoeur during the Intégrale Placements programme on BFM Business, on Monday 12th March 2018.
